How much is delivery and do you deliver worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

Delivery cost differs per order, depending on total order weight and your location.
It’s calculated at checkout, and we use Royal Mail Tracked.
You will receive your tracking number with your dispatch email.

How long does delivery take?

Items are dispatched within 1-3 days from the UK unless otherwise stated.
Parcels are sent Royal Mail 48h tracked within the UK and International tracked.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards along with Paypal.

All prices are displayed in GBP and will be converted into your local currency at checkout.

What’s your return policy?

You have 14 days to return your items if you are unhappy with them.
All original packaging must be returned along with the items in original condition.

Please note, any customs charges and original postage cost will not be refunded.
Return postage cost to be covered by the customer and will not be refunded.
No returns on pierced jewellery.
Once we have received your return we will inform you via email and process your item refund cost back to your original payment method.

Are there any customs charges?

She’s Parisienne ships from the UK. It is possible you will incur customs charges for any international orders. These charges are to be covered by the customer. You may check these charges prior with your local customs office. If you choose to reject the customs charge, and your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the item cost. Please note that any postage costs will not be refunded.

Will you restock X item?

Many of our pieces are vintage one of a kind pieces, and therefore cannot be restocked.
If you like a piece we recommend you get it early to avoid disappointment.

Is there a gift-wrap option?

She’s Parisienne packs every order as if it was a gift!
All orders come with complementary bespoke gift packaging.

Each gift box will contain up to 2 items. For example order 3 pairs of earrings and you will receive 2 gift boxes, 2 pairs in one, 1 in another.
